Questo progetto di gruppo è stato fatto per il corso di Ecosistemi Digitali, dove il brief era quello di analizzare e progettare il redesign e rebranding di una startup a scelta. Noi abbiamo deciso di analizzare Jamin Underwaterwines, startup innovativa nell'affinamento dei vini subacquei, con metodologia certificata UWW.
This group project was done for the Digital Ecosystems course, where the brief was to analyze and design the redesign and rebranding of a startup of your choice. We decided to analyze Jamin Underwaterwines, an innovative startup in the refinement of underwater wines, with a UWW certified methodology.

Come secondo step abbiamo analizzato da cosa era composto il loro ecosistema, e abbiamo notato il fatto che non avevano eventi propri, così abbiamo deciso di introdurre questo campo e abbiamo progettato il primo evento, composto da un'asta di beneficienza preceduta da una light dinner con degustazione del loro champagne UWW, per aumentare l'engagement e celebrare i vecchi e nuovi clienti, infatti un plus di questo evento è che viene definito phygital, ovvero a parte alcuni clienti selezionati che partecipano in presenza, tuti gli appassionati ed esperti possono collegarsi tramite l'app dedicata e partecipare ad entrambi i momenti!!
As a second step we analyzed what their ecosystem was made up of, and we noticed the fact that they did not have their own events, so we decided to introduce this field and designed the first event, consisting of a charity auction preceded by a light dinner with tasting of their UWW champagne, to increase engagement and celebrate old and new customers, in fact a plus is that it is defined as "phygital" event, that is, apart from a few selected customers who participate in person, all enthusiasts and experts can connect via the dedicated app and participate in both moments!!
Per l'evento è stato progettato un pack da spedire ai clienti accuratamente selezionati a forma di busta, contenente l'invito all'evento, una brochure che da informazioni più specifiche riguardante l'evento, una brochure che da informazioni sulla startup e le schede tecniche dei vini che verranno messi all'asta di beneficienza.
For the event, a pack was designed to be sent to selected customers with the form of an envelope, containing the invitation to the event, a brochure giving more specific information regarding the event, a brochure giving information on the startup in general (values, goals exc...) and the fact sheets techniques of the wines that will be auctioned for charity.
Dopodiché abbiamo progettato il redesign del sito e creato un'applicazione dedicata, sia per un pubblico B2B che B2C per il tracciamento dei prodotti affinati con l'azienda, blockchain e scoprire eventi, aste ed attività di Jamin, oltre che un editoriale digitale intitolato Jamagazine, per tenere l'utente aggiornato sulle news del settore secondo quattro aree dedicate.
We then designed the redesign of the site and created a dedicated application, both for a B2B and B2C audience for tracking the products refined with the company, blockchain and discovering Jamin events, auctions and activities, as well as a digital editorial entitled Jamagazine , to keep the user updated on sector news in four dedicated areas.
